Bahamas Spay & Neuter Program

Community Walk Around

Posted on Dec 10, 2012 in Latest News | 1 comment

On Saturday December 8th some of our East Street team did a walk around to begin spreading the message about Operation Potcake. We talked to residents about the program and identified several areas of high Potcake density. We were extremely well received and ended the day with an art session with some of the area’s children who helped us to make a banner to put outside the clinic.

We will be doing more of these community sessions from this weekend 15th and 16th December, if anyone would like to join in and help please let us know

I am truly impressed with this operation it’s so inspirational and necessary for The Bahamas. My sister has been volunteering in the Adelaide Village area and I know she must be very happy to see this team out there as she is an adament animal lover. Thank you for helping and caring about the animals of the Bahamas!
